I was formally trained in Bettendorf, Iowa and received my Associates Degree of Culinary Arts in 2005. I have worked in the culinary field since my first job at the age of 15, and have had many amazing opportunities to grow my skill level and learn new techniques and styles. I have a professional pastry backgrounds, as well as formal training in chocolate work and candy making. I love cooking cuisine from all over the world, but love making home-cooked favorites that I grew up with the most. I look forward to creating a delicious menu, offering fantastic service, and helping to create a restaurant and event center that will make you feel excited and anxious to enjoy.
